3rd Esher Scout Group

3rd Esher (Sandown) Beavers and Cubs will be joining Scouts from the local area for the annual renewal of Scout Promises at Holy Trinity Church Claygate on Sunday 29 April.  We march through Claygate at about 2pm.

Beavers and Cubs were invested into our brand new Group - 3rd Esher (Sandown) on 4 April 2019.  They were welcomed by the Mayor of Elmbridge,Cllr Shweta Kapadia who congratulated them and all the parents on starting the new Scout Group. 

County Commissioner Joe Rogerson and District Commissioner Hugh Gostling spoke to the young people about the exciting time ahead of them and then the mayor cut a celebratory cake helped by some of our new Beavers.

We thanked Katharine from UK Scouts and Joanna from Surrey Community Action for their work in getting us started.
